These terms cover your use of Local Image Kit. By using the site, you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose.

The service

Local Image Kit provides free image tools that run in your browser. You can use them without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and is only needed if you want an account record or, in the future, a subscription.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive or store your files. You are responsible for having the right to edit the images you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack the service. Do not attempt to overload the site or interfere with other users.

No warranty

The tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise that every result will be perfect or that the service will never be interrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of the tools. Always keep a copy of the original images you care about.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date above shows when they were last revised. If a change is significant, we will make it visible on the site.
